Where should your hotel signs be delivered?
Guestroom Sign Co ships hotel signs worldwide, and your quote confirms the service and charges for each address. What matters more is the person who signs for the box. A hotel under renovation may have no front desk staff, and a busy one may leave parcels in a back office. Name a receiver who knows the sign schedule.
The list helps prepare your request. Shipping availability, import arrangements and transit time are confirmed for the actual delivery address.
Can one order ship to several hotels or rentals?
Yes. A group with three properties, or a host with several rentals, can split one order into a shipment for each address. Give every sign a property code in the schedule, so room plaques for one hotel never end up in another's box. The quote then lists each destination with its own packing list and charges.
Who should receive signs at a hotel under renovation?
Send them to a person, not just the address. On a refit, that is often the site lead or the engineering manager. Tell us about loading dock hours, a back-of-house entrance or a gate code process in the delivery notes. Avoid the guest entrance during a busy check-in, where boxes can be moved and lost.
How do international hotel sign orders work?
Give the country, the city and the postal code in your first message. The written quote names the shipping service and explains how customs and any duties are handled for that destination. Production time and transit are planned separately. If wording appears in two languages, send both versions and the order in which they should appear.
How should room signs be packed for installation?
Ask for room plaques packed by floor and in door order, with the sign code on each sleeve. The installer can then open one box per floor and work down the corridor. Staff badges are different: pack them by department so each manager can hand them out at a shift briefing. Keep the packing list until every sign is mounted.
